What exactly is Meridian Jailbreak?

Meridian Jailbreak is a free program for jailbreaking iOS 10 on all 64-bit devices. The exploit works with the iPad 4, iPad Air and Air 2, 12.9-inch iPad Pro, iPad mini 2, iPad mini 3 and iPad mini 4, iPhone 5, iPhone 5c and 5s, iPhone SE, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s, and iPhone 6s Plus.

Meridian also supports the iPhone 7, although Yalu does not. Every time you reset your smartphone, you must re-run the jailbreak program from your Home screen.

Jailbreaking iOS 10

There is no need to utilize Impactor to sideload the Meridian Jailbreak IPA file since the exploit can be run straight from the Safari browser on iOS 10.

Without a computer, download Meridian Jailbreak.

Step 1: Open this website on your iOS device.

Step 2: Choose Jailbreak.

Step 3: Select Share. Add to Homescreen for future convenience.

IPA Download

Sideload Meridian by downloading the IPA file and signing it using Cydia Impactor (Windows, Linux, and Mac). We present a detailed step-by-step explanation on how to install IPA files on iOS using Cydia Impactor.

Step 1: Download and unzip Cydia Impactor.

Alternatively, use AltDeploy on Mac or any Cydia Impactor equivalent for Windows to sign the IPA.

Step 2: Get Merdian.IPA (10 MB).

Step 3: Launch Cydia Impactor and go to Device Install Package.

Step 4: Install the Meridian.ipa version 0.9 file.

Step 6: To sign applications not offered by Apple, enter your AppleID and app-specific password.

Step 7: From Settings General Device Management, add the certificate to the trusted list.

Step 8: Launch the Meridian app and choose Jailbreak.
