Google Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro, which are powered by the second-generation Tensor G2 SoC, were just released in India. Google is apparently preparing to release a new Pixel 7 series smartphone dubbed “G10.” The Pixel G10 smartphone is expected to have the same 6.7-inch display as the Pixel 7 Pro. The display might also have a resolution of 1,440×3,120 pixels. BOE, a Chinese display maker, is believed to provide Google Pixel G10 screens. It will most likely have Qualcomm’s Ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.

Kuba Wojciechowski (@Za Raczke), working with 91Mobiles, has revealed that Google is developing an unannounced Pixel 7 series smartphone dubbed “G10.” According to the source, the forthcoming device will have the same 6.7-inch display as the Pixel 7 Pro. It might have a height of 55mm and a width of 71mm.

The display is supposed to feature a resolution of 1,440×3,120 pixels. BOE is said to be the manufacturer of the display. The Pixel G10 is also rumoured to use Qualcomm’s Ultrasonic fingerprint reader for identification. It’s probable that Google is testing a modified Pixel 7 Pro with an ultrasonic fingerprint reader that should outperform the present in-display fingerprint sensor featured on the Pixel 7 series.

In similar news, Google is said to be developing two cellphones codenamed “Felix” and “Lynx.” The former might relate to the long-rumored foldable smartphone, and the latter could be the Pixel 7 Ultra or Pixel 7 Mini.

Google Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro smartphones, powered on the second-generation Tensor G2 SoC, were just released in India. In India, the Google Pixel 7 costs Rs. 59,999 for the single 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variation, while the Google Pixel 7 Pro costs Rs. 84,999 for the single 12GB RAM + 128GB storage model.

The Google Pixel 7 comes with a 6.32-inch full-HD+ (2,400 x 1,080 pixel) OLED display with a refresh rate of 90Hz. The Pro model, on the other hand, has a bigger 6.7-inch Quad-HD (3,120 x 1,440 pixels) LTPO OLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The Google Pixel 7 series smartphones are available in three color options and will get security upgrades for five years. The Pixel 7 has a twin rear camera arrangement with 50-megapixel resolution, while the Pixel 7 Pro has a triple camera setup with an extra 48-megapixel telephoto lens. Both phones include a 10.8-megapixel selfie camera and an IP68 dust and water resistant certification.
